MILWAUKEE -- Seemingly cruising to a blowout victory, the Indiana Pacers let off the gas -- and let the Milwaukee Bucks back in the game. Yeezy 350 V2 Black Non-Reflective Pas Cher . In the end, Paul George, David West and Lance Stephenson were enough to put away the Bucks. George scored 32 points and West tied a season high with 30, helping the Pacers hang on to beat the Bucks 110-100 on Saturday night. "Our focus wasnt where it should have been," West said. "But we made enough plays down the stretch to win the game. They came out hot in the third quarter and had us on our heels." Stephenson added 24 points, nine rebounds and eight assists for the Pacers, who had lost three of their previous five games. Stephenson scored seven straight points to open the fourth quarter. He, George and West combined to score 33 of the Pacers 35 points in the fourth. "He kept delivering so we kept going to him," Pacers coach Frank Vogel said of West. "And when they double him, we made them pay from the 3-point line. He was pretty special tonight, and Paul was Paul, and Lance took advantage of their two point-guard lineup and had a really strong night." Brandon Knight scored 30 points for Milwaukee, including 20 in the first half. Khris Middleton added 13 for the Bucks, who had to take solace in fighting back from a 22-point, first-half deficit against one of the leagues elite teams. "Thats, in my opinion, a top-two team in the NBA," Knight said. "And for us to not give in, not to lay down, means a lot for our team. Because there have been times throughout the season when weve laid down when we get down 20." With the Pacers leading by seven at the end of the third quarter, Stephenson opened the fourth with a pair of inside scores and a 3-pointer, extending the lead to 82-68. Milwaukee kept the game close into the final minutes, but West hit a jumper with 48 seconds left to help put away the game. "Defensively, just had breakdown after breakdown right when I thought when the game was within striking distance," Bucks coach Larry Drew said. "But against good teams, you cant make those kind of mistakes." Indiana led by as many as 22 points in the first half, and by 12 at halftime, largely because of their defence. Knight shot 8 for 14 from the field in the first half for Milwaukee, and the rest of the Bucks shot a combined 7 for 27. But a quick 11-2 run by Milwaukee to begin the third quarter cut the lead to three. "Were a veteran group and they are a young team," George said. "But leads dont last. Weve been in this position before where weve been up early and teams have been able to come back. Thats an area where weve got to improve. Once we get up big weve got to be able to maintain that lead or push it further." The Pacers were without deadline-day acquisition Evan Turner, who was back in Indianapolis getting a physical exam. Turner is expected to join the team on Sunday. Vogel acknowledged that it was difficult for the team to part ways with popular veteran Danny Granger, who was sent to Philadelphia in the deal for Turner. Vogel addressed it with the team on Friday. "We had a good, I think, team strengthening meeting yesterday before practice," Vogel said. The Bucks managed to work in guard Ramon Sessions and forward Jeff Adrien, two players they acquired from Charlotte before Thursday afternoons trade deadline. Adrien contributed right away, scoring twice and throwing an alley-oop to Giannis Antetokounmpo for a dunk in his first four minutes on the floor. He finished the night with 11 rebounds in 18 minutes, providing the Bucks a much-needed physical presence. "Youre not going to intimidate this kid, hell stand toe-to-toe," Drew said. "I told him I didnt care if he fouled out. I wanted him to be physical and be who he is." NOTES: Milwaukee guard Nate Wolters left the game with a sprained left ankle. ... Vogel said the teams trainer has "just killed" centre Andrew Bynum with conditioning work, and Bynum has responded well. Bynum hasnt played since falling out of favour in Cleveland, getting traded to Chicago and being released. ... The Bucks had a "Y2K night" promotion, including a halftime concert by rap artist Coolio and a guest appearance by iconic player Glenn "Big Dog" Robinson. Yeezy 350 v2 Citrin Pas Cher . Louis against the Blues. The Canucks picked up their second straight victory in the swings opener on Tuesday in Calgary before getting routed in Minnesota last night, 5-1.For most of the first period the Jets played the Blackhawks shot for shot, earned a couple of power plays but failed to score. Then they saw the high powered Blackhawks offence connect for two goals in the final three minutes for a 2-0 lead. Chicago came into the game scoring 26 times in their previous six games. When these teams met at MTS Centre Saturday, the Jets kept Jonathan Toews off the score sheet snapping his five game point streak. After going pointless against Calgary on Sunday, Toews opened the scoring in this game slipping a back hand shot through the pads of Al Montoya at 17:29. It was his eighth of the year. With the first period coming to an end, Patrick Kane (9th) was allowed to close in on Montoya and fired one inside the far post to make it 2-0. The goal came at 19:54. Chicago outshot the Jets 12-11 in the opening period and going 0-2 on the power play again makes special teams a big part of the game. The Blackhawks welcomed Mikael Frolik back to Chicago during a commercial break in the first period. Frolik was part of the Stanley Cup winning team last spring, and received a standing ovation. Frolik acknowledged the crowd with a wave from the bench. Evander Kane took the pre-game skate but did not dress. Kane declared himself ready after the morning skate but Coach Claude Noel elected to give his injury a little more time to heal. For Montoya, it was his second straight start. He grew up in Chicago and said Tuesday he would very much enjoy playing in his home town. If not for some great saves by Montoya, and the Blackhawks Patrick Sharp finding iron on two chances, the second period could have been a complete disaster. As it was the Jets gave up another late goal as 40 minutes ended 3-0 Chicago. The Jets were badly outshot in the first 15 minutes of the period, many of the Blackhawks chances coming on the two power plays they had. After the second successful penalty kill, the Jets did create some chances and seemed to be gaining momentum until Brandon Pirri got in behind the Jets defence, went in alone and wired a shot just under the cross bar for the 3-0 lead. Hawks outshot the Jets 11-7 in the middle frame. Early in the third the Jets again created some chances but a turnover in their own zone, ended with Patrick Sharps fourth of the year making it a 4-0 game. Yeezy 350 v2 Static Pas Cher. . Coach Noel reunited Bryan Little, Andrew Ladd and Blake Wheeler in the third and also changed up two of his defence pairings, Keaton Ellerby with Dustin Byfuglien and Grant Clitsome with Adam Pardy. Toby Enstrom and Zach Bogosian remained together. The Jets got on the scoreboard with Devin Setoguchi snapping a 13 game goalless stretch with his third of the year. Byfuglien picked up his team leading 10th assist on the play, while initially it appeared as though Ellerby had picked up his first point, they reviewed the goal and it showed an Olli Jokinen tip before it got to Setoguchi. Hawks outshot the Jets 28-25. Post-game Coach Noel further addressed the Kane situation saying decisions made are based on what is best for the player. "Players always want to play. Its up to us to look out for the welfare of the player." As for Kane playing Friday, "Well assess tomorrow, talk to the training staff and go from there." As for the game, Coach Noel showed concern as some of the mistakes made "were the same mistakes we made against them Saturday. You shoot yourself in the foot and its in your net. They are a team that can finish. Theyve scored nine on us in two games." After the win against the Detroit Red Wings, the Jets were again unable to win back to back games. They have not won two in a row since the start of the NHL season. Again the Jets did some good things but turnovers and mental mistakes against Chicago are costly. How would a power play goal in the first period have changed the game? The Jets recorded 34 hits to Chicagos 16, Eric Tangradi with five, Blake Wheeler with four. Mark Scheifele was the Jets best face off man at 50%. Tangradi and Byfuglien each had four shots on goal and at 26:20 Byfuglien lead in ice time. Not dressed for the Jets in this game, Paul Postma, Mark Stuart, Jacob Trouba, Evander Kane, Jim Slater and Zach Redmond. There will be two home games for the Jets this weekend, Nashville in Winnipeg Friday (TSN Jets, TSN 1290) and San Jose Sunday. (TSN Jets, TSN 1290). ' ' '
